GASTRONOMY
The Ivorian gastronomy is
full of colors and tastes. We have a large variety of foodstuff among which we
have:
1. The kedjenou
that consists of a spicy meal of chicken, guinea hen, snails, prawns etc,
2. The Biokosseu is
a spicy meal of fish or meat
accompanied with pounded yam or banana.
3. Ground nuts soup
is a meal of meat, chicken, guinea fowl, mutton etc accompanied with pounded yam
or banana.
4. Attiéké is a
powder of cassava we eat with
chicken, snails, meat, mutton and fish.
5. Alloco is a
roasted banana meal accompanied with
snails, fish, or chicken.
6. Palm tree seed soup is a
spicy meal of fish, mutton,
meat accompanied with pounded yam or banana.
