COTE D’IVOIRE  aka Ivory Coast is a French speaking country of the gulf of Guinea in West Africa with borders in the North with Mali and Burkina Faso, Liberia and Guinea Conakry in the West and Ghana in the East with a population of 21.000.000 inhabitants according to the estimation of the World Bank.

COTE D’IVOIRE  is a touristic country that offers all kind and type of places to visit.

The capital city is Yamoussoukro in the Center of the country, it is the place of birth of Late President Felix Houphouet Boigny and far  264 kilometers from ABIDJAN
Yamoussoukro hosts Basilica OF Our Lady of Peace in 1990 by Pope Jean Paul II,it is the reply of Cathedral Saint Peter of Roma in Italy,the Lake of Caimans where we can find animals aged 60 years and more.

The city of Grand –Bassam the first capital city during colonial times has been registered by UNESCO has  city of the Heritage of Humanity.
The house of the governor built since 1893 is an attraction. This city has very nice and clean private beaches.
San Pedro has a port like ABIDJAN and we can find the beach of MONOGAGA.

 In the West, MAN the city also called the city of the eighteen mountains has an attraction.

In fact, we can find a Bridge of Lianas which has a history  elders will report.

In Bondoukou in the East, we have sacred monkeys and it seems they used to be men.
COTE D’IVOIRE   offers also gastronomic tourism.
In fact, the Ivorian cooking is rich of colors, tastes, foods etc.
You will taste and appreciate the Kédjénou a spicy dish of kitchen, guinea hen etc
You will taste Alloco, a kind of roasted banana we eat with roasted kitchen or fish
